Heavy Duty Type

Heavy Duty Type (Type W) thickens its entire body to increase heat storage and is the best for work needing high heat capacity.

Standard: T12-D16,Heavy duty type: T12-WD16Save soldering time. (Refer to Graph 1)
A few seconds per 1 point can be cut down. But guess how much time will be saved per 1 day or one month? The efficiency-enhancing effect can be taken. Enable the workpiece temperature to increase. (Refer to Graph 2)
If soldering multi-layer board, solder can not be melt due to the insufficient heat. In that case we recommend Heavy Duty Type, which has the larger heat capacity than Standard type, but the same size as Standard. It offers the enough heat capacity that solder can be wet.
Heavy Duty Type
Only T12 series offers this type.
