How to use Narrow-pitch Soldering Type : Shape S and examples
This shape is derived from Shape B, C, D and I, which is used for soldering tiny tips at the narrow pitches. Try Shape S as well as Shape I or Shape K if the tip end of Standard type touches the nearby ICs. * ‘900M-T-S10’ and ‘900M-T-S11’ are not suitable for soldering at narrow pitches because they belong to Shape C group which has the special angle cut (55 degree) at the tip end. This type has the tiered design: the nearer to the tip end, the thinner the diameter.
